Important Passenger Information

Essential roadworks to take place in Knightsridge.  Full details of the Road Closure

Road users in the Knightsridge area of Livingston are advised of potential disruption once essential carriage way works commence on the 23 April.

Knightsridge East Road will be closed in phases from 9.30am on Tuesday 23 April until 3.30pm on Friday 9 August to allow work on the carriageway to take place.  This closure will have an impact on both local bus services and school bus provision.  West Lothian Council has liaised with operators to coordinate alternative transport arrangements to mitigate the impact on services as much as possible.  Details of alternative arrangements can be found below.

As a result of the road closure the services will only partially serve Knightsridge East Road. They will serve all stops from Nicholson Way to Cameron Way and will either use the Park & Ride or the loop in Cameron Way before returning westbound along Knightsridge East Road. As a result, the stop at Barclay will not be served.

Passengers who normally use this stop should either make their way to the stop at the Park & Ride or Knightsridge West Road at Sutherland Way, Knightsridge Fastlink on A899 or stops on Ladywell East Road.

Lothian Country 275

As a result of the road closure this service will omit Ladywell East Road.

Passengers who normally utilise stops oi this road will require to walk to Ladywell Fastlink on A899.

School Bus Routes
