Tackling Fuel Poverty

Better Off is the West Lothian Community Planning Partnership's strategy for tackling poverty, including fuel poverty, in West Lothian.

It represents a shared vision between West Lothian Council and its partners to deliver targeted and appropriate intervention in order to alleviate poverty in a preventative manner. An action plan is monitored quarterly and updated every year, and a progress report is delivered annually to the Community Planning Partnership.
