Housing Options/Homeless Drop in

The drop-in service at the civic centre is an emergency only service between 9-4 pm for those who require emergency housing/ homeless support. Drop-in services are delivered on a first-come, first served basis, and this week has seen high numbers of people attending this service from early morning.

Please be aware officers are working to meet the needs of applicants as quickly as possible - however it can take time to support someone in a crisis. This means that if there are others waiting to be seen from 9 am, there can be a delay which means a longer wait. Officers will advise of longer waiting times wherever possible and will offer advice on the quickest way to be seen. We are grateful for your patience.

If your issue is not an emergency and does not require an immediate face to face appointment, please call in on 01506 280000 to receive a call from a member of the team, or email housingoptions@westlothian.gov.uk to discuss your case.
