If you are struggling, help may be available

We aim to take a joined up approach to help customers who owe us more than one debt and are struggling with payments. Customers may owe housing rent and Council Tax, or Council Tax and Housing Benefit overpayment.

The Anti-Poverty Service is a free, impartial and confidential service to help the people of West Lothian. We aim to provide financial support, help to tackle poverty and promote inclusion and equality through a range of services.
