Customer Service Centre advisors are available to deal with your enquiry Monday-Friday 08:00-17:00, thereafter we operate an out of hours service for urgent or emergency situations, gas servicing and Payments until 22:30.

Overnight from 22:30 until 08:00 and any time on a Saturday, Sunday or Public Holiday our Out of Hours team will assist with urgent or emergency situations only.

Recruit additional staff to enable us to improve our wait times.  More of our staff are also upskilled and can assist with a broader range of call types

'after numerous phones calls to West Lothian Council re my bins not being emptied I was put through to a lovely lady within Customer Care who took on my enquiry and had the matter resolved within 24hrs'

We did:

Work in partnership with Operational Services and have our Customer Care team work from various locations in order to understand and form better working relations to assist Services and Customers alike.  The feedback since has been very positive.
