Current Road Closures, Diversions and Traffic Disruptions
Details of road closures and diversions currently in place in West Lothian.
It is our aim to limit the inconvenience to road users during maintenance works however, from time to time, we need to close roads or divert the traffic.

The A899 southbound and northbound off-slips will be closed for carriageway repairs
Todd Square will be closed around the junction with Nettlehill Road for roofing work
Parking will be suspended on Inchmuir Road at the two laybys at the entrance to the industrial estate for service connections
Knightsridge East Road will be closed from the Knightsridge roundabout to the junction with Greenwood Park for gas mains replacement work
Parking will be suspended on Royal Terrace outside number 19 and 20 for new service
The C19 will be closed from the junction of the U16 eastwards to the junction of the C20 for drainage investigation
Deerhill will be closed from the Knightsridge Road junction for road lighting works
Parking will be suspended and the footpath closed on Station Road from the level crossing to Kirknewton Primary School for footpath widening
Jura Avenue will be closed outside number 131-139 Deans South and Arran Avenue outside 180-190 Deans South for drainage installation and new road layout
Middleton Road will be closed from the junction with Loaninghill Cottages to number 55 Middleton Road for drainage works
Parking will be suspended on Croftmalloch Road and Raeburn Crescent and the Blaeberryhill Wood area footpath will also be closed for tree harvesting
The A706 will be closed northbound from Whitdale roundabout for approximately 400 metres for Scottish Water works
