The Citizen Led Inspection programme has been suspended due to Covid 19. Citizen Led Inspection Reports are produced by the Inspection Team each time an inspection is completed.
Each Citizen Led Inspection culminates in a report being produced, a feedback meeting with the Service(s) involved and the development and implementation of an Improvement Plan.
