We know that the impact of gender based violence on the health and wellbeing of staff is a serious and recognisable problem. By increasing awareness of the signs of gender based violence, and providing a safe and supportive working environment, the Council can help to support the welfare of an individual who is experiencing or who has experienced gender based violence.
