Armadale Community Museum
In line with current guidance from the Scottish Government on social distancing, the Council's Community Museums are closed until further notice. During this time, the Museums Service will continue to post collection images and stories on West Lothian Council - Museums and Local History Facebook page
The museum space, located in Armadale Library and Community Centre is now showing the Banners and Benefits Exhibition, an exploration of Friendly Societies and their role in West Lothian life in the days before the welfare state. Regalia and memorabilia from various societies are on display.
If you have any ideas about exhibitions you would like to see in the museum space in the future, contact museums@westlothian.gov.uk.
