Service and Performance
Planning Services' performance information.
Planning, Economic Development and Regeneration (PEDR) Management Plan
The PEDR Management Plan fulfils a number of planning and improvement requirements and, importantly, it sets out how the service will use its resources to deliver positive outcomes for West Lothian. It is the result of a detailed planning process to make sure that council services are well planned and managed.
Planning Performance Framework (PPF)
All councils are required to publish an annual report on the planning service's performance and to produce a service improvement plan. This eleventh annual report covers the 12 months to 31 March 2022.
Service Standards
Service standards define what a customer can expect and remind employees of their obligations. The council strives to deliver a range of services that are high quality, accessible and that meets the needs of our customers.
