Building Warrant Forms
An online service for building standards applications can be found by following the eBuildingStandards.Scot link. You are required to register once as a user to use both the ePlanning and eBuildingStandards portal.
Building warrant applications can be submitted via e-buildingstandards portal (opens new window).
Application forms in paper form can be found on the Scottish Government website (opens new window) .
Forms which can be completed are:
- Building Warrant
- Amendment of Building Warrant
- Extend period of validity of building warrant
- Extend period of use of limited-life building
- Temporary occupation or use
- Discharge or variation of a continuing requirement
- Notice regarding start of work
- Notice of work stage completed
- Notice of intention to use an approved certifier of construction
- Completion Certificate submission
- Completion certificate where no building warrant obtained submission
