The councils People Strategy recognises the critical role that a motivated, skilled and capable workforce plays in every aspect of service delivery and continuous improvement.  This sets out a framework of key activities and actions over the next five years.

The  The People Strategy 2018/19 to 2022/23 [559KB] aims to provide employees with the necessary support and development to continue to improve the services delivered by the council.

This is supported through  Employee Engagement Framework [463KB]  and effective communication.
