The new £8.2 million building, built next to the Mill Centre in Blackburn, includes health and council services as well as community services for local residents.

Please be advised that Blackburn Partnership Centre has re-opened following works over the weekend.
This includes all council services located at the centre.
The Partnership Centre is a West Lothian Council and NHS Lothian building.
Public access computers are available in this centre.

This facility is available for booking from 8.00am until 10.00pm seven days per week, other hours are available by negotiation and may be subject to an additional charge.
