Decriminalised Parking Enforcement Consultation

West Lothian Council is consulting on proposals to introduce Decriminalised Parking Enforcement (DPE) across the West Lothian area.

DPE could potentially give the council responsibility for parking enforcement on public roads and car parks helping to improve road safety, keep traffic moving, and support fair and consistent parking controls in communities, as outlined in the West Lothian Parking Strategy (opens new window).
