Gentle Exercise
This includes low impact and easy to follow dance routines. The class will work the heart and lungs, and help to tone and strengthen all the muscle groups. This class ends with gentle stretches and a relaxation section.
Pilates (or the Pilates method) is a series of exercises inspired by calisthenics, yoga and ballet. Pilates promotes mobility and strength of all the major muscle groups in the body in a balanced fashion, whilst also having a key focus on the deep core muscles. Pilates was first used as a way for dancers to recover from injury. Today, people other than dancers do Pilates for its health benefits. It highlights precise movements, controlled breathing, and muscle engagement, enhancing muscle tone and stability

This course covers the basic skills needed to play the piano accordion in a group setting with other like-minded individuals.
You will learn
about left-hand bass buttons and how to accompany melodies with them
to play tunes with the right hand on the piano keys and develop your playing technique
to read simple tunes and develop reading skills
to play along with others in an informal group
This course is suitable for complete beginners, (if you do not already have your own accordion advice can be given as to how to buy one that is right for you)
Other players will benefit as we play a wide range of music at all levels to encourage you to develop your repertoire.
Request your favourite tune — we are always looking for new things to try
