Community Connections Drop-in
Community Connections is a new service which aims to provide face-to-face assistance to West Lothian residents.
Community Connections is a new signposting and advice service that helps connect people to the support they need.
Part of the West Lothian Health and Social Care Partnership, Community Connections is accessible to anyone who needs help finding the support they need.
Staff and volunteers will listen to issues customers face and will help direct them to get the help they need. This includes council, NHS, and wider public and third service partners.
