To vote in the Scottish Parliament elections you must be registered to vote by Monday 20 April. Register online or find out more information about the election by visiting 2026 Scottish Parliament election by using the link above.
Go to the link at the bottom of this page. This will open the following screen:
Enter your username and password.
Once you've logged in, the following screen will appear:
Click on the "Yes, take me there" button to link your MyAccount with CONSUL.
From here you should be redirected to CONSUL, where you'll be able to comment and vote on open processes.
Click on either the "Forgot Username?" or "Forgot Password?" button and enter the required details. You'll then be sent an email with a reminder of your username or a link to reset your password.
