In line with the Scottish Government route map, some community activities are able to resume in council-owned facilities.
Council officers have been working with management committees to identify groups whose activities can take place from 26 April, such as essential youth services, indoor sports courts and museums/libraries.
Other activities are scheduled to return in May or June, such as indoor group exercise and soft play.
Appropriate physical distancing and hygiene measures will be in place in all community facilities to ensure the safety of staff and visitors.
Vice chair of the culture and leisure policy development and scrutiny panel (PDSP) Cathy Muldoon said: "I'm delighted to see activities begin to resume in West Lothian Council's community facilities, such as partnership centres, community centres and village halls.
"Not all activities are able to start back on Monday 26 April, so please check with the organisers if you aren't sure.
"Anyone attending an activity should makes sure they follow the appropriate guidance and follow the safety measures in place for the protection of themselves and staff."
