ELEV8 Training Programme

West Lothian's youth employability service for 16 - 24s.

About ELEV8

ELEV8 is an employability programme delivered by Community Learning and Development (CLD) Youth Services, supporting young people aged 16-24 who are at Stages 1-3 of the Employability Strategic Skills Pipeline.

Through a range of individual and group learning opportunities, ELEV8 helps participants build confidence, identify their strengths, overcome barriers and develop the personal, social and employability skills needed to progress towards further learning, training, volunteering or employment.

Delivered in a supportive and inclusive environment, the programme provides practical experiences and tailored support to help young people achieve their goals and move towards positive destinations.

ELEV8 is supported by the West Lothian Local Employability Partnership (opens new window) and funded by the Scottish Government's No One Left Behind Initiative (opens new window).
