More Choices More Chances (MCMC) Keyworkers Services

Our MCMC Keyworkers provide one to one support to young people supporting them to develop the confidence, skills and knowledge to make a successful transition into further education, work-based training or employment.

Keyworkers support the hardest to reach young people (those requiring more choices more chances interventions) to access further education, training or employment; and in many cases this can take up to a year or more.

The Keyworkers provide intensive support to identified young people and cover all eleven mainstream secondary schools.  Keyworkers also support those young people who are participating in post school employability programmes; Skills Training Programme and Activity Agreements.
