Change of Tenant
If you are a landlord or letting agent you must tell us when your tenant moves in or out of your property. Details of how to advise us that your tenant is moving in or out of your property and what information we need.
To tell us about your tenant you can either:
- email us
- write to us at the address in the contacts box
Tenant moving into your property
If you have a tenant moving into your property we need the following information:
- the full name(s) of your tenant(s)
- the date the tenancy started
- the date your tenant moved into the property
- your tenants previous address
Tenant moving out of your property
If you have a tenant moving out of your property we need the following information:
- the date the tenancy ended
- the date your tenant moved out of the property
- your tenants forwarding address
