West Lothian 2028 - Consultation
We need your help to influence and shape the future of council services in West Lothian.

Next steps
The council's WL2028 Your Council Your Say consultation is being carried out over three phases. Phase one and Phase two of the consultation sought the views of local residents, staff and partners on the future direction of the council and on specific officer budget proposals that, if agreed, will change the services that the council provides in future. It also sought to inform the level of future council tax increases.
Phases one and two have concluded with Phase three due to progress in 2023/24. The council will look to agree its budget on 21 February 2023, which will include a five-year Financial Plan, a three-year detailed revenue budget, and agreement of council tax levels for the next five-years and a Corporate Plan.
