Computer skills course at Strathbrock

A Cyrenians free Computer Skills class for over 60s starts from Thursday 25 April at Strathbrock Partnership Centre.

The class will meet weekly from 10am - 11am.

You can bring your own device, or learn using a Cyrenians tablet.

A new Ageing Well walking group, for over 50s, will be starting in Winchburgh from Thursday 25 April.

Easter Bunny boat trips

The Bridge 19-40 Union Canal Society are running special Easter Bunny Boat Trips from Port Buchan, Broxburn, on Saturday 20 April.

Trips take place at 10.30am, 11.30am, 12.30pm, 1.30pm, 2.30pm and 3.30pm.

There will be fun and refreshments for everyone on board the narrowboat Bluebell and a chocolate egg for the children.

You can also go ashore to meet the Easter Bunny and join in the Easter Egg Hunt.

Dance fitness

An Ageing Well dance fitness class for over 50s takes place at Xcite Broxburn from 1pm - 2pm every Wednesday.

The cost is £3.50.

Therapy service

Cancer Support Scotland provide counselling services at Strathbrock Partnership Centre all day Wednesday.

One to One counselling for anyone affected by cancer, patients and carers, covering all aspects of the cancer journey from early diagnosis, treatment, end of treatment and bereavement.

They are also providing a new Complementary Therapy service at Strathbrock Partnership Centre each Friday morning. These are therapies complementary to NHS treatments to enable relaxation etc
