Iyenger Yoga

Yoga is exercise for the whole person. Mind body spirit. Iyenger yoga is precise, stretchy, relaxing, at the same time. You will be taught about posture, alignment, how to stretch safely and correctly, by a very experienced teacher, with more than 20 years teaching experience. Classes are for men and women.

Tuesday - Queen Margaret Hall

Intermediate Class -7.00pm - 8.30pm £7.00

Thursday- Springfield Community Wing
