Metafit classes

Metafit involves interval training whilst incorporating body weight exercises. If you want to get yourself fitter, healthier, burn off fat effectively and so reduce your chances of heart disease, stroke or cancer.

If you just want to lose a bit of weight for that special event eg to get into that little black dress. If you want to train for an athletic event. With any of these you will experience some fun exercise so come along to the classes.

  • Mondays 6pm Dechmont Memorial Hall
  • Wednesdays 6pm Uphall Community Education Centre
  • Saturdays 2pm West Calder Community Centre
