Down's Syndrome Scotland

The organisation aims to provide support for people with Down's syndrome and their families and to increase public awareness and understanding. There are 8 regional branches throughout Scotland, offering a wide range of clubs and activities, all run by volunteers.

The national office is in Edinburgh and provides a support and information service for families, schools, professionals and other organisations through our Family Support Service.

Our other services include a communications skills programme for children delivered in various locations around Scotland and we also have a Big Lottery funded project aiming to help adults with Down's syndrome develop friendships. Please see our website for further details of all our services.
