Scottish Public Services Ombudsman

The Ombudsman considers complaints which have not been resolved with the body concerned about devolved public services in Scotland, including the Scottish Government and its agencies, Councils, the National Health Service, Housing Associations, the Scottish prison Service and colleges and universities.

The Ombudsman is independent and there is no charge for using the service. All complaints should first be made to the organisation concerned and the complaints procedure completed in full. If dissatisfied then refer to the Ombudsman.
