This health and well-being course helps you to plan a healthier lifestyle, by looking at health and well-being information, trying out different health activities and by using apps.
Design your own health plan. This course will help you to think about your health and well-being. Each week we cover a different health topic from healthier food and drinks, to fun fitness activities and using apps on your phones and tablets to help you along - to achieve your own fitter bits in your life.
Small changes can make a big difference. This can be as easy as drinking more water, relaxing, moving and laughing more. There is the option to work towards an SQA qualification.

How to sign up
To sign up for the course, you will need to fill and out and return a. Please return the completed form to us by email or by post. Your key worker can help you to do this.
When we receive your sign up form, we will add you to the waiting list for the next run of the course. We will then contact you when a space becomes available.
