Yoga classes within Linlithgow specialising in Ante-natal, post-natal and baby yoga.
Yoga will help to develop a strong and resilient physique, tone the nervous system, improve circulation, release stress and tension and increase overall flexibility.
Mondays: 6.30 - 7.30pm (£56 per 8 week block/£8 drop-in)
Fridays: 9.10am - 10.20am (£40 per 5 week block/£9 drop-in)
During pregnancy yoga can help to keep the body supple whilst encouraging the body to stretch comfortably to accommodate your baby as he or she grows. Yoga can help boost energy levels by encouraging full breathing whilst relieving stress and anxiety with relaxation and meditation techniques. (Suitable 14 weeks+)

Mother and baby yoga
Classes include post-natal yoga, baby yoga, singing and interactive movement along with a rejuvenating relaxation to finish for a happy mum and baby.
Fridays: 10.30am - 11.15am ( £30 per 5 week block)
Kirstie is an experienced certified yoga instructor specialising in Ante-natal, post-natal and baby yoga. She has been teaching yoga in the local community for the past 15 years.
