What to do if your bus pass is lost, stolen or damaged

Please contact us if you have lost your card, if it has been stolen or if it does not scan on the bus. A replacement card will be requested and will be sent to your home address within 7 - 10 working days. This can be done over the phone by calling our Customer Service Centre, however, if you have moved address you must take proof of your new address into any  West Lothian Council Validation Point.
