What's On​​

  •  Summer Reading Challenge

The Summer Reading Challenge is open to all primary school aged children and is designed for all reading abilities. Children can read whatever they like - comic books, fact books, joke books, picture books - just as long as they are borrowed from the library.  Children receive special rewards each time they finish a book.  Every child who completes the Challenge receives a certificate and medal and FREE entry to Almond Valley Heritage Centre when accompanied by one paying adult per child.  See Summer Reading Challenge for a list of all West Lothian library activities.

The Homework Club meets every Tuesday at 3.30pm during term time.

The group meets on the first Tuesday of the month at 6pm. 

  • Thursday Book Group

The group meets on the last Thursday of the month at 4.45pm and all are welcome. 

  • Rowdy Readers

Rowdy Readers meets on the second Tuesday of the month at 6pm. 


Public Computers

We have four computers available for free public use, with sessions bookable in one hour slots. You can book by phone, email, online or in person up to a week in advance.
