The library is located in the Lanthorn Community Centre, Dedridge, Livingston.

Lanthorn Library provides a comprehensive library service for people of all ages:

Monday: 10am - 3pm

Family History Centre

The Family History Centre is now open in the library, with volunteers from the West Lothian Family History Society providing help and support to those who would like to research their family tree. No appointment necessary, and the centre is open at the following times:

Monday: 10am -3pm

Thursday: 11am - 4pm

  • Nine disabled parking bays nearby
  • Local bus stop is approximately a five minute walk away
  • No steps to access the main doors which have disabled push button access
