Blackburn Library and CIS are now open in their new location of Blackburn Partnership Centre, providing access to the full range of library services and customer queries.

What's On​​

  •  Bookbug sessions

    Stories, songs & rhymes for babies, toddlers & pre-school children.  Bring a grown-up with you to share in the fun.  Our Bookbug sessions will now be held every second Wednesday at 9.15am.

  • Lego Club

If you are aged 6-8 years, talk to staff about joining our Lego Club. The Lego Club takes place every Friday from 2.30pm - 3.30pm.
