Blackburn Connected

Blackburn Connected offers access to the Council's Customer Information Service as well as the full range of library services.

Blackburn Connected is an integrated Library and Customer Information Service, providing access to the full range of library services and customer queries.

Blackburn Library will close for relocation to its new location at 4pm on Friday 25 May 2018.  The CIS will remain open until 3pm on Tuesday 5 June 2018. 

Both the Library and CIS will open in the new location of Blackburn Partnership Centre on Wednesday 6 June 2018.

Monday: 9am - 3pm

Tuesday: 10am - 5pm

Wednesday: 10am - 3pm

Thursday: 10am - 7pm

Friday: 10am - 4pm

Saturday: 10am - 1pm

  • Lego Club

If you are aged 6 - 8 years, talk to staff about joining our Lego Club. The Lego Club takes place on Fridays from 2.30pm - 3.30pm.

The Lego Club will take a break from meeting over the period of library relocation, with the last meeting taking place on Friday 18 May.  The club will resume in the new location after the move.
