Armadale Library

Located with the community centre in South Street, the library offers books, free access to public computers and more...

The library is temporarily located in the community centre's Lesser Hall.  

Public access PCs are not available in the library area at this time but ten PCs are available in the computer suite.

Armadale Library offers a wide range of services to people of all ages:

  • Books for children, young people and adults
  • Talking books
  • Large Print books
  • Storytimes
  • Bookbug sessions
  • Six pcs providing free computer access

There is also a small community museum, which celebrates the history of Armadale and hosts various travelling exhibitions.

Monday & Wednesday: 10am - 3pm

Tuesday: 11am - 6pm

Thursday: 10am - 7pm

Friday: 10am - 5pm

Saturday: 9am - 1pm

Free WiFi is now available in the library. Simply register for a MyGovScot account and use this to sign in to the WiFi.
