The statutory notice pdf icon rent letter [392kb] will be sent to all tenants during the week commencing 27th February. This letter explains that we have made the decision that there will be no increase to rent, garage or service charges for the financial year 2017/18. The pdf icon FAQ [206kb] document has been prepared to help explain the letter.

When to pay your rent

Your rent is due to be paid weekly.

The charge for your rent is over 48 weeks of the year, rather than 52 weeks.  This means that there are 2 weeks at Christmas and 2 weeks at the end of March which are non-collection weeks.  We will tell you the non-collection weeks in your annual rent letter. Please note this only applies if you are up to date with your rent payments.
