Planning Performance Framework
All councils are required to publish an annual report on performance and to produce a service improvement plan. This fifth annual report, covering the 12 months to 31 March 2016, was published September 2016.
Service standards are important for customers, potential customers, employees and management of the council. They aim to define what a customer can expect and to remind management and employees of the challenge and obligations that they face. The council aims to deliver a range of services that are high quality, accessible and that meets the needs of our customers.
