Planning Performance Framework

All councils are required to publish an annual report on the planning service's performance and to produce a service improvement plan. This sixth annual report covers the 12 months to 31 March 2017.

Service Standards

Service standards define what a customer can expect and remind employees of their obligations. The council strives to deliver a range of services that are high quality, accessible and that meets the needs of our customers.
