Find out the rich heritage of your local area in the West Lothian Local History Library. The Library holds a huge range of books, maps and images about West Lothian's places and people.

The Local History Library is based in the County Buildings Annexe at 89-91 High Street, Linlithgow - the old British Linen Bank next door to County Buildings.

Opening hours:

  • Monday - Closed
  • Tues - Fri - 10am - 5pm
  • First Saturday of the month - 9am - 1pm
