Notice of urgent inspection/repair for Triton showers

You will recently have received a letter from Triton Showers regarding a potential electrical issue. This may affect some showers they have fitted in West Lothian Council tenant properties. If you have already contacted Triton to arrange an inspection please ignore this letter.
Triton, the manufacturers, wrote to you with our permission. Please take action to contact Triton directly by phone, email or visit their website and book your inspection. It is vital you do this to ensure your shower is safe or if repair is required, that this is carried out as a matter of priority.

Failure to contact Triton on receipt of this letter may mean that Triton require to take access to your property. This may be then taken without further notice to you. This is permitted in terms of your tenancy agreement and in urgent situations such as this, where your safety is paramount.
