Promoting Tourism

West Lothian is involved in many different initiatives that work hard to promote the area.  The locality has a huge amount to offer and by speading the word we hope to boost visitor numbers and realise our tourism potential.

West Lothian has one Visitor Information Centre which is located in Linlithgow. This facility is situated in the County Buildings by The Cross, opposite the old Tourist Information Centre.  Here you can find out about local attractions, where to stay and what events are taking place.

The service is open 7 days a week and all year round.  Please see the opening hours: Monday to Thursday: 8.30am - 5pm; Friday: 8.30am - 4pm; Saturday: 10am - 6pm; Sunday: 12pm - 6pm.
