West Lothian Council delivers

Library membership is open to anyone who lives, works or has an interest in West Lothian. All you need to join is two forms of identification, one of which must include your name and address. Breastfeeding Friendly Libraries

West Lothian Libraries have been awarded the Breastfeeding Friendly Award and welcome mothers who want to breastfeed in any public area of the library, and all members of staff will support the needs of breastfeeding mothers.
