Arts and entertainment - music, comedy and theatre

The Regal Community Theatre is bursting with arts and entertainment for all the family this autumn.

The Arts Services programme is complemented by a wide-ranging Regal Theatre Company season taking in films, tribute acts, rock, theatre and pantomime.

The music season features two of America's most exciting bluegrass bands, the ever popular Buddy Holly and the Cricketers and the family favourite Festive Brass with the award winning Whitburn Band.

The theatre programme for children and families is particularly strong with three shows including the hilarious Clean Sweep which features on the cover of the new brochure.

As well as dance, music and theatre the programme includes a very broad range of arts classes for adults and children.   Children's classes now include Making Mondays - classes in visual arts with three different artists over 9 weeks.   Adults can try 6 different dance styles over two full Days of Dance as well as joining artist Carole Robinson to learn how to make stunning glass jewellery during workshops in November.
