Take a step to healthier living with West Lothian Walking Week

Just 30 minutes walking a day can make a dramatic difference to your health and wellbeing - and what better way to get out and about than by enjoying beautiful scenery and sharing the experience with a like-minded group of people.

Whether you are an experienced walker or a total beginner, West Lothian Walking Week offers you the chance to explore beautiful landscape, learn about the area's history, make new friends and take some important strides towards improving your health.

Walks cover a range of times throughout the day, so simply choose your walk and go.

The week is arranged by both local and national organisations in partnership with West Lothian on the Move, aimed to encourage inactive people to participate in moderate intensity activities in order to improve their health and wellbeing.
