4. Seafield Primary School, Redhouse Road Seafield
5. The Square, Torphichen
6. Torphichen Road, Bathgate
7. Philip Avenue, Bathgate
8. Philipstoun
9. High Street, Linlithgow
10. Whitemoss Road, Kirknewton
Council Leader Peter Johnston is urging residents to have their say before any final decision is made. He said: "The proposed programme of public payphone removals affects areas across Scotland.
"We are currently in discussions with community councils and are now gathering information from the community to justify whether these payphones should be removed.
"We want to hear what residents think of the proposals and I would urge anyone with a particular interest to visit our website."
All responses must be received by 18 August 2008.
