Blackburn Connected

Blackburn Connected an integrated Library and Council Information Service which offers easy access to a wide range of library and information services. A comprehensive selection of fiction, non-fiction and children's books is available in a variety of formats, including talking books, CD Roms and adult large print. DVDs are also available for hire and there are 7 PCs available for free public use to access the Internet, email or MS Office packages.
