Licences - gambling

 

 On 1st September 2007 the Gambling Act 2005 came into force.  The Act removed the requirment for individual application forms for vairious licenses.  The major changes of the 2005 Act are the introduction of: 

Premises Licences 

If you are operating from fixed premises within West Lothian Board, rather than online (remotely), you must conact the local authority (West Lothian Licensing Board (new window)) which is responsible for the administration of the 2005 Act in respect of licensing premises.

  • Adult Gaming Centre
  • Family Entertainment Centre (Gaming Aracades)
  • Betting (Track)
  • Betting (Other)   (i.e Betting Offices)
