Trading Standards - Under Age Sales

Age restricted products should not be sold to people below the set age limit.  An example of these products is cigarettes which should not be sold to persons under 18.  Trading standards officers carry out projects using underage volunteers to ensure that goods are not sold to anyone under the age limit. The Trading Standards Institute (new window) (TSI) can provide a list of age restricted products.
