Employment advice

 

Access2employment provides West Lothian residents with help and information on finding work as well as training and educational opportunities. The service is delivered by a team of skilled Employment Advisers in various locations throughout West Lothian.

Access2employment works in partnership with several organisations including Jobcentre Plus, Skills Development Scotland and the Voluntary Sector to ensure that West Lothian residents receive the help required to move them out of unemployment and into work.

Information for employers.

STEPS N2 WORK

West Lothian Council will create 250 wage subsidy places for young people from 1st December 2011. These subsidies will be awarded to businesses that are able to create an additional opportunity for a young person aged between 16 and 24. To download information leaflet click here.
