Put a step in your spring
Put Your West Foot Forward (PYWFF) has a variety of spring walks. Booking is not necessary.
PYWFF is a project that loves walking and wants to help others to love it too.
At PYWFF we know that walking can help reduce feelings of stress and make us feel happier, especially if we are walking in natural spaces like parks and
woodlands. We also think it's much more fun walking in a group and we love a good blether. We also like to keep it informal. That's why there?s no booking policy on our walks. Just come when you can.
Children are welcome as long as they are with an adult. Sorry but dogs are not
allowed on the PYWFF walks but are welcome on Waggy Walks. Whatever your area, interest or ability there's a walk to suit you.
If you would like to find out more about volunteering with PYWFF, either walking with groups or individuals, please contact the Health Improvement Team on 01506 775626. Please also talk to us if you are keen to establish walks in your local area, for your community group or for a particular interest e.g. photography, nature, history etc.
