Council minutes, agendas and reports
Agendas for Council, Comittee and Sub-Committee meetings are published on live via the Council Information System (CoIns). The online agenda for a meeting will be linked to public papers, not all papers or reports may be public (see exemptions (new window)).
The decison of the Committee is recorded in a minute of the meeting and the draft copy published on this site. However, you should bear in mind that until the minute is ratified at the next meeting of the Committee it is subject to change. Items within the minute will be linked to the original report presented to the Committee.
Using the minute search (new window) facility you may search for a historic minute back to 1996, minutes prior to that date wil have to be obtained from the council's Archive Services.
